Feeding the animals at AquaZoo is not permitted.
AquaZoo is a smoke-free park. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas.
You can pay by cash or debit card at the park.
If you have an AquaZoo membership or discount voucher, you don’t need to book. Simply show your membership or discount voucher at the ticket office and you’re ready to go!
Yes, AquaZoo has a bicycle park. Although there is no charging point for electric bikes, other facilities are available to ensure that your bike’s battery can be charged. Please ask one of our staff members at reception for more information.
Pets are not permitted in the park. This is for the safety of your pet and the animals in the park.
