About the Triceratops

Triceratops had knobbly skin and at the back of his skull grew a broad leg shield that ran across his net and shoulders. He used his huge and sturdy horns to defend himself from the mighty T.Rex, among others! Thanks to its large row of teeth, this dino could cut and process food much better than, say, long-necked animals without such a row of teeth. Triceratops was one of the last dinosaurs to appear on Earth.
